Clark Swan comes to Bison Hardwood with a sales and marketing career spanning 40 plus years–with territories from Maine to Florida and then everything west of the Mississippi including the four western provinces of Canada. Clark Swan began in the hardwood lumber industry in 1987 as a branch manager for a hardwood distribution company and developed four regional territories from scratch and established four distribution centers – in Billings, Belgrade, and Missoula, Montana and in Spokane, Washington. For the same company, he developed reclaimed timber and flooring sales in Western Colorado, calling on architects, general contractors, tradesmen/women, and craftsmen/women in Telluride, Crested Butte, Aspen, Eagle/Vail, Breckenridge, and Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
A Montana native, Clark, and his wife raised three children (and now have six grandchildren). Clark and his wife, Sharon, were married for 45 years before her passing from Alzheimer’s. Clark’s passions (truly in his DNA) are the Rocky Mountains and Great Divide, running ultramarathons and long-distance cycling, and mountain biking, of course, all of this coming after his grandkids.
